This helps me make the best assessment for a good match between yourself and an organisation looking to hire.

For each search assignment my own candidate database and extensive network will be my first port of call in finding the perfect communications and marketing professional. Once I consider there to be sufficient synergy, I will contact you for a further interview. In addition, I am always looking for ambitious communications and marketing professionals.

 Guidance during the search process


I'll guide you extensively throughout the entire search process. This includes in depth preparation for the interview with the client and an evaluation afterwards.
Before candidates are selected for a permanent position, I offer them a unique personal assessment interview by an experienced executive coach (Maaike Strack van Schijndel). In this confidential interview, coach and candidate reflect on the next career step and assess taking on a new challenge.

Follow up after placement

Permanent positions:
During the first year, I’ll continue to monitor your placement. I’ll be in regular contact with both you and your employer. Normally an evaluation takes place two months after the start date.
During the first 100 days of the placement, Welling Search offers the candidate the opportunity to be supported by an experienced executive coach (Maaike Strack van Schijndel) for a successful start in the organisation.

Interim assignment:
Throughout the entire contract period, I’ll stay in touch regularly. Given my experience, I understand the dilemmas you may be facing. Especially at the beginning when all is new, I can be a useful sparring partner, sharing expertise and experiences.
